September/October 2000 – (HSBC Building, Mongkok)

Asked to design and oversee the construction of the new 10,000 sq. ft HSBC
Training Centre, House of Siren created a unique entertainment / learning venue

within just over one month.

The entrance, a long corridor/walkway was transformed into an enchanted forest, full of lush vegetation, flowers, soothing water and animal sounds creating a sense of warm welcome.

Each of the 10 training rooms required a specific theme that would enhance the program of each room. This was achieved through colour and design of the walls, curtains, carpet and seating arrangements.

The lunch area was transformed into a fairground, complete with picnic benches and food trolleys with red and white awnings. The main meeting area took the form of a circus big top, where the main speaker would lecture from the Ringmaster’s podium.
