Saturday October 13th, 2001 (The Hong Kong Cricket Club)

In a first ever event extravaganza of its kind, the Hong Kong Cricket Club pulled out all the stops and contracted House of Siren to be the creative organizing force for their 150th Anniversary Ball.

The entire Cricket Club was transformed into an international masked carnival. From Hawaiian Hula Hannah at the poolside with dancers, an African drummer and a voodoo fire performer to Chinoiserie Chic in the Willow Room; from Dangerous Liaisons - Venetian Vogue in the Pavilion to Surreal Seduction in the Function Room, a wild and festive atmosphere was provided for all. To compliment the traditional English Tavern, Shakespearean Bar Wenches were thrown into the mix to serve tavern guests ale, cigars and late night conversation.

Jazz Bands, singers & interactive talents in elaborate costumes, and one of the hottest DJ's in town, serenaded, seduced and swayed guests for 7 hours. Fortunetellers, complete with their crystal balls, were the "belles of the ball", with constant line-ups from the moment they arrived until 1:00am!
