This fee guarantees quality service to all our
customers, whilst ensuring that a high level of the House of Siren
professionalism and expertise is always provided to produce a memorable
and successful event.
After our initial meeting, House of Siren will
send you a Creative Concept letter, outlining our initial ideas
for your approval. Once approval has been given, we can then supply
budgetary requirements, and further develop the creative ideas.
An invoice will be submitted for the "Creative
Concept Fee" which will be a minimum fee of HKD$5000, and will be
credited from the final invoice. This fee may be reviewed, subject
to the amount of work required. Please note that this minimal fee
will vary from client
to client depending on the level of creativity
and consulting required. In the event that you require additional
creative concept consulting, before we sign the Client Contract,
House of Siren will be happy to consult further in this initial
stage and re-evaluate if an additional consulting fee will be required
to meet your needs.
Once the Creative Concept payment is received,
we will commence working upon and developing the creative ideas
and concepts towards your successful event, and we will submit a
full Client Contract to you outlining the details of the event and
the full budgetary costs. We believe that this policy will help
us to better service our clients and help us to concentrate on our
key customers, thus allowing House of Siren to give your event the
undivided attention it deserves and the signature quality that House
of Siren has always provided.
